This article was published in the Journal of Upper Cervical Chiropractic Research.  The patient had a history of post-concussion syndrome for ten years and her symptoms included seizures, fluctuating blood pressure, visual disturbances, and abnormal gait.  She was treated for vertebral subluxations and her complaints reduced well over the course of a 2 month period.  Her seizures resolved.
